This notice describes the Corevia marketing website. It does not describe data processing inside a customer’s Corevia application or replace a customer agreement.
Your enquiries
When you submit a demo request, we store your name, work email, organization, chosen demo focus, optional message, request reference, and submission time in the website’s database. The enquiry inbox is restricted to the configured Corevia owner account. We use these details to respond and discuss the proposed engagement; submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you email us directly, we also receive the information your email service includes.
Website technology
This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Its fonts and artwork are served with the site. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. The public website does not require an account. The private sales inbox uses the hosting provider’s ChatGPT sign-in, which is managed by that provider.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting an enquiry. Please do not send confidential project records, credentials, or sensitive personal information in an initial sales enquiry.
